After delivering more than 100 weddings as a Celebrant, couples kept asking us for more. They asked for someone they could trust to handle the setup, take away the stress, and make their day flow seamlessly.

So we listened.

With Events by Harry, we provide complete event hire and setup - from chairs, arbours, and aisle runners to umbrellas, water stations, and ice buckets - everything you need for a polished, stress-free celebration.

Introduction price from $499

Everything you need for an intimate, stress-free ceremony set-up. Free delivery, set up and pack up within 30km of Canberra’s Parliament House

  • This package includes the hire of:

    • 12 x Premium White Chairs

      • Add Gold or Navy Blue chair bands for $2 per chair

    • 1 x Arbour of your choice

      • Choose from White Arch or Gold Circle

      • Add on a Premium Faux Rose or White Flower Garland for $49

    • 1 x White Aisle Runner (1m X 10m)

    • 1 x Signing table & two chairs

    • Full Delivery, Set-up & Pack-down Service within a 30km radius of Canberra’s Parliament House (please contact us if your event is beyond this!)

    • Extra chairs (32 Available)

      • $5 per chair (White)

      • $7 per chair (Navy Blue or Gold sash)

  • Our focus is on stress-free packages, where we deliver, set up and pack up. However, if the packages aren’t quite right for you, please get in touch and we’ll tailor a solution.

  • Our hire pricing covers one event (generally up to 3 hours). This includes delivery, setup, and packdown. If you need items for longer, let us know and we can discuss extended hire options.

  • Yes! For our packages above, delivery, setup, and packdown are included within 30km of Canberra’s Parliament House. If your event is outside this area, we can still help — just contact us for a custom delivery quote.

  • Our packages include the essentials - chairs, arbours, aisle runners, umbrellas, water stations, and lawn games. You’re welcome to add your own florals or styling. We also offer a small range of décor (like draping and garlands) which can be added on.

    If you are after a dedicated stylist, we can absolutely link you up with one!

  • Not at all! Many of our couples book us for both Celebrant and event hire services, but you can book either service independently.
